TICKET PRICES

TICKETKINGDOM.NET does not sell tickets at face value. Our ticket prices are often significantly higher than face value and reflect our cost of obtaining quality seating. Prices are sold at market prices which depends upon the seat location and demand of the event. All prices are in US dollars.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
You should expect to receive two e-mails from us after placing an order. First is a confirmation of receipt of your order and second is the confirmation of the processing of your order and tracking information. If for any reason you do not get these e-mails, you can also check the status of your order by logging into your account. On rare occasions, the exact tickets you requested may not be available. We will contact you with replacement ticket options if that happens, but you are under no obligation to accept the replacement tickets.

RETURN POLICY
Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order. The only exception is when an event completely cancels and there is no rescheduled date. Refunds will be give less shipping and handling charges once the tickets have been returned to our office. Rescheduled events will use the OLD tickets for the NEW date. Please
keep this in mind and ALWAYS give us a call if you have any questions.

WHAT TO DO ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS
Please open your package immediately and look over your tickets and verify that you have the proper event, date and location listed. Many events have slight to major time changes from when the tickets are printed and we don't get informed of all time changes. Play it safe and call the venue a couple days before the event to confirm the event time.

Put your tickets in a safe place (but not so safe you won't be able to find them). We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets as we cannot get them replaced by the box office in 99.9% of cases. Please note direct sunlight and heat can damage some tickets. It is amazing how many people lose tickets they spent hundreds or even thousands of dollars on. The stories have ranged from flying out of a pocket while riding cross country on a motorcycle to being put through the paper shredder. Don't add another story to thelist!
